At the AMIC, we teach Mandarin from a business perspective. We focus on numbers, negotiations, business meetings and culture in China. The aim is to be able to conduct business with and in China in a meaningful and long term way.
The AMIC Mandarin Program is tailored for children ages 7 to 14. We do however have slightly older and slightly younger students.
No prior knowledge is required. The AMIC Mandarin Program is designed to start from the basics and build gradually, catering to children with no previous experience in Mandarin.
Business skills suited for business in China. Kids will learn the most important 30 words in Mandarin and then the most important 100 words. There is a super focus on tones as different tones result in different meanings. Kids will learn, Business, Numbers, Negotiations and Trust. They’ll also gain cultural awareness about Chinese traditions, enhancing their global perspective and communication skills.
The lessons are conducted online through live, interactive sessions led by experienced Mandarin instructors. Kids will engage in real-time activities and practice conversations with their peers.
This AMIC Mandarin Program consists of four stages. Each stage is 36 weeks. Weekly sessions are designed to ensure steady progress without overwhelming the child. Mandarin is a very tough language. We teach it in a super fun way.
